GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • White potatoes (red potatoes work as well)

  • Garlic powder

  • Pinch of salt

  • Ground black pepper

  • Red pepper flakes

  • Parsley

  • Dried thyme (optional)

  • Olive oil

 

HOW TO MAKE IT:

Cut the potatoes into small, bite sized pieces and throw them into a bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes and parsley into the bowl. Mix everything together so the potatoes are evenly coated with seasoning.

 

 

Line the pan with tin foil and preheat the oven anywhere from 400 – 450 degrees F. Spread the potatoes out on the pan in an even single layer.

 

Occasionally stir and flip the potatoes over. Let the potatoes bake until they start to turn a light brown color. Serve immediately, while hot. Enjoy!:)
